Is it compatible with our existing systems?

Our SaaS Donation system operates independently. It allows for the exportation of all captured data, which can be shared with other applications through Excel or CSV files. Currently, our development team is creating an interface with QuickBooks and MYOB to facilitate seamless data integration with their accounting and finance systems.

What are the costs involved?

We strictly follow these rules for users who adopt our SaaS donation system:

  1. No setup fee
  2. Costs follow a Usage-Based Pricing model, which varies depending on the number of donation transactions received from donors, calculated on a monthly basis. Currently, the plan is to charge participating organizations HK$1.00 for each new transaction created within that month
  3. No other hidden cost

How easy is it to use the SaaS Donation system?

The SaaS Donation system consists of two main components. The first component is a digital donation form to accept contributions from donors, and the form itself, which is designed to be self-guiding and self-explanatory from the first to the last page, ensuring users encounter no difficulties while using it.
