If you do not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, please stop using the Website and/or App accordingly. IVO Limited only grants the right to use and access of the Website, App, its products, and its services to those who have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that IVO Limited provides a technology platform to facilitate donations between the users (“Donors”) and non-governmental organizations (“NGOs”). IVO Limited’s role is strictly that of a neutral intermediary.
- No Endorsement: The listing of an NGO on the Website or App does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by IVO Limited. We do not investigate or verify the claims, representations or charitable status of any NGO.
- No Agency: IVO Limited is not an agent, partner or fiduciary of any NGO. The donation transaction is a legally binding agreement solely between the Donor and the chosen NGO.
- No Control Over Funds: IVO Limited does not control and cannot be held responsible for how an NGO uses the donated funds. We do not guarantee that donations will be used for any particular purpose as described by the NGO. Donors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any NGO before making a donation.
Intellectual property
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on the Website and/or App are the property of IVO Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, volunteers or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the IVO Limited’s intellectual property in any way or whatsoever, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
User Accounts
As a user of the Website and/or App, you may be asked to register with us and provide personal information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the Website and/or App, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

This includes screening donations, Donors, and NGOs against internal and external watchlists. To this end, we may take any action we deem necessary, including but not limited to:

- Freezing or blocking any pending or future transactions;
- Reporting any suspicious activity and sharing relevant information with the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation. IVO Limited will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from actions taken under this clause.
Applicable Law
By using the Website and/or App, you agree that the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”), without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern the Terms and Conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between IVO Limited and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute, claim or controversy related in any way to your use of the Website and/or App shall be determined by the court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy you may have with an NGO, including but not limited to issues concerning the use of donation or the NGO’s activities, must be resolved directly between you and the respective NGO. IVO Limited has no obligation to mediate or become involved in such disputes.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold IVO Limited and its affiliate or subsidiaries, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers and representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any or all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Website, App or Service;
- Any content you submit, post or transmit through the platform (“Uploaded Content”);
- Your violation of any Terms and Conditions;
- Your violation of any rights of another party, including but not limited to any NGO or other user; or
- Your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of IVO Limited.
Uploaded Content
If you choose to submit any content for publication on this site and/or app (e.g., a photo, a video or shot of screen), you hereby warrant that no contribution to the sites:
- will be, or may be considered to be, unlawful, threatening, abusive, bigoted, hateful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit or indecent;
- may constitute, advocate or encourage conduct that would constitute or give rise to a criminal offense, civil liability or other violation of any local, state, national or international law;
- violates, plagiarizes or infringes the rights of third parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
- contains or may be associated with a computer virus or other harmful component;
- constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact;
- contains any information, software or other material of a commercial nature; or
- contains advertising, promotions or commercial solicitations of any kind.
We have the right to remove any content or posting you make available on the Unify Donation Website and/or App if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with our content standards.
Any content you upload to the Unify Donation Website and/or App will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us a limited license to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted by you or uploaded by you or any other user of the Sites constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, proprietary rights or of their right to privacy
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of the Unify Donation Website or App. The views expressed by other users on the Unify Donation Website or App do not represent our views or values.
Limitation on liability
You understand and agree that IVO Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, compensatory, punitive, exemplary damages or losses of any kind, in connection with the Terms and Conditions or any payment transaction.
Specifically, and without limitation, IVO Limited shall not be responsible for:-
- Any actions, omissions or misrepresentations made by any NGO on the platform, if any;
- The use, misuse or failure to use the donated funds by any NGO.
- The failure of any NGO to achieve its stated charitable goals, if any.
- Any dissatisfaction a Donar may have with an NGO.
- IVO Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any failure, whether direct or indirect, resulting from equipment malfunctions, transmission or technical issues, labor disputes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, explosions, or any other occurrences beyond our reasonable control.
Modifications to terms
IVO Limited reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide a notice of such changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website.
Changes will become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued access or use of the Website and/or App after such modifications have become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the new Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website and/or App immediately. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
Entire Agreement

Acceptance of Terms
By using https://www.unifydonation.org (“Website”, “App”, “Service”) operated by IVO Limited (“us”, ‘we”, “our”), you agree to these Payment Terms. In these Terms, “you” or “user” refers to any party using our Service. This include authorized representatives of non-governmental organizations who create and manage fundraising events (“NGO Users” and individuals or corporation who make donations (“Donors”).
Service Description
Our platform allows non-governmental organizations (“NGOs”) to create and manage their own fundraising event pages. Other users (“Donors”) can then browse these events and make donations directly to the NGO hosting the event. Donations are processed via via cash, cheque, or online payments including credit card, PayPal, FPS (Faster Payment System), AlipayHK, Alipay and PayMe.
Payment Methods
- Accepted Payments:
We accept donations through various methods, including credit cards, PayPal, FPS, AlipayHK, Alipay, and PayMe. - Transaction Fees:
Transaction fees, payable by the NGO subscribing to our Service, apply to donations processed through our platform. These fees will be clearly disclosed to the NGO during its registration process. Where applicable, Donors may be given the voluntary option to cover these transaction fees as part of their donation.
Donation Processing
- Donations are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- By making a donation, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to process your chosen payment method.
Refund Policy
- All donations are made directly to the chosen NGO and are generally non-refundable. As an intermediary platform, IVO Limited does not hold donated funds or process refunds.
- To request a refund, please reach out to the NGO to which you donated with your transaction details. The decision to grant a refund, and the responsibility for processing it, rests solely with that NGO.
User Responsibilities
This section applies to all users. Specific responsibilities are outlined below:-
- For NGO Users: You are responsible for ensuring that all information and content on your fundraising event pages are accurate, truthful, not misleading, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent that you are an authorized agent of the NGO.
- For Donors: You are responsible for ensuring you are donating to your intended NGO and event before completing a transaction. You acknowledge that your donation is made to the NGO, not to IVO Limited.
- For All Users: You must not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or improper activities, or for any purposes prohibited in our main Terms of Use.
Service Availability
While we strive to ensure the platform is always available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Modifications to Terms
IVO Limited reserves the right to edit, modify, and change these Payment Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on the Website. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Limitation of Liability
