  1. Go to “PROFILE” Icon at the top right corner
  2. Tap [ My Profile ]
  3. Type in your new password, and re-type to confirm
  4. Tap [ Save ] to keep the changes
  1. Go to “PROFILE” Icon at the top right corner
  2. Tap [ Language ]
  3. Tap the language you want to change to, the interface will change instantaneously. Or you can refresh screen to make the change effective
  • Go to [ DONATIONS ] in the main menu column on the right
  • Tap [ One-off Donation ] , all donation records will be displayed.  For those indicating ” Pending ” or ” Pending Approval ” in ” Receipt ” or ” Status ” columns, donations need further follow-up actions
  • To filter donations needs follow-up actions, tap [ Search ] button on the top left. Search pop-up window displays, select [ Status = Pending ] and tap [ Submit ] to extract
  • To filter donations for a specific Donation Event, select one from [ Donation Event ] dropdown list in the Search pop-up window
  • After extraction, tap [ Export ] button on the top left to generate CSV or XLSX file for further actions
  • Because some Donations Payment Methods (FPS, PayMe, Cheque, Direct Deposit, In Person) require charity staffs to verify their bank information, and then to confirm their bank balance has been credited with the donations
  • For donation with ” Status ” = ” Pending Approval “, charity staff can first tap [ Payment Proof ] icon to view the payment proof provided by the donor, verify the credit information. If accurate, charity staff can tap [ … ] Action button and select [ Approve ]. After approval, the donation status will change to “ Completed
  • If the donor has checked the box to receive receipt, receipt will be generated and send to donor’s email account instantaneously

Charity staff can generate receipt for donation and send to the corresponding donors.

  1. In “DONATION” page
  2. Tap [ … ] Action button of a donation
  3. Select [ Generate Receipt ]
  4. Then, choose [ Generate ] or [ Generate & Send ] receipt according to the request.
  1. Go to [ DONATIONS ] in the main menu column on the right
  2. Tap [ Recurring Donation ] , all donation records will be displayed
  3. You may tap the table header to rearrange the records, or tap [ Search ] button on the top left. Search pop-up window displays, select [ Period ] and/or [ Status ] , and tap [ Submit ] to extract
  4. After extraction, tap [ Export ] button on the top left to generate CSV or XLSX file for further actions
  1. In “One-Off Donation” or “Recurring Donation” records listing, select the donation you want to edit, tap [ … ] in Action column on the right of the donation, and select [ Edit ].
  2. Creation date, donation ID, and other recurring information cannot be changed.
  3. Remember to tap [ Save ] to keep the changes.
  • Go to [ DONOR ] in the menu column on the right
  • Select [ Registered Donor ] or [ Unregistered Donor ]
  • Search for donor and tap [ … ] action button on the right
  • Apart from “Donor ID” and “Login Name“, other information can be changed on demand
  1. Go to [ REPORT ] in the menu column on the right
  2. Choose a report from the dropdown menu,
  3. Tap [ Generate ] button
  4. You may [ Download ] CSV file or [ Preview ] according to your needs
